Description:

The Xylophone is a versatile musical instrument in the percussion family. It consists of a series of wooden bars that are struck by mallets to produce different pitches. The instrument is capable of playing various scales, ranging from pentatonic or heptatonic in African and Asian instruments to diatonic in Western children's instruments. In orchestral contexts, the term xylophone specifically refers to a chromatic instrument with a higher pitch range and a drier timbre compared to the marimba.

It's worth noting that the term "xylophone" can also encompass other similar instruments such as the marimba, balafon, and semantron. However, it should not be confused with these instruments when referring to a xylophone in an orchestral setting.

Additionally, the term "xylophone" is sometimes used colloquially to describe instruments of the lithophone and metallophone types. For instance, certain toys marketed as xylophones actually have metal bars instead of wooden ones and are considered glockenspiels in the field of organology. These metal bars produce higher-pitched tones compared to wooden bars.

The Xylophone Real app is a simulation that faithfully replicates the sound and experience of playing a xylophone. It offers two types of mallets; Rosewood and Hard rubber, each providing a unique sound. The app also includes a roll feature, allowing for expressive playing.

With a broad selection of offline and online songs available, users can practice playing their favorite tunes on the xylophone. Songs can be customized by adjusting speed, transposing, and adding reverb for optimal practice sessions.

The app offers multiple play modes to cater to different preferences: Full (using both hands), Only Right hand, Right hand (Xylophone or Piano Left hand), Real Time, and Auto-play (Preview). The multi-view and adjustable user interface ensure an optimal user experience on various devices.

Moreover, the app includes a record feature, enabling users to record their performances and play them back. The recordings can be shared with friends to showcase their xylophone skills.

For additional versatility, the app allows users to export their recordings as .wav files. This feature enables users to save their compositions and provides the flexibility to change speed, transpose, and select the desired mallet type for further customization.

Furthermore, the app regularly updates its library with new songs, ensuring a fresh and diverse repertoire for users to enjoy.
